How can I prepare my laundry for pick-up?

Place all items in a basket or disposable bag (we’ll return it in a clean, sealed package). Remove any valuables and check pockets.

Is there anything I can’t include?

We kindly ask that you avoid heavily soiled items, items with hazardous waste, or dry-clean only garments.

Can I provide my own laundry detergent?

Absolutely! We are more than happy to use your provided detergent.

Can I request my laundry to be returned on hangers?

Absolutely! We offer a hanging service upon request. Just include your hangers at pickup — we don’t supply hangers to keep things simple for repeat clients.

How Do You Weigh The Laundry?

We use a calibrated digital hanging scale to weigh your laundry right after pickup. Your total is based on the weight of the laundry bag before washing, and we’ll always text you the amount before we begin.

If you ever want to know your weight before booking, get an estimated weight at home using any household or luggage scale!



Can I include bedding or towels?

Absolutely! Just note that these are heavier and will increase the per-pound total.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link by Stripe. Once your laundry is weighed, you'll receive a digital invoice by email with a secure payment link.
