Every order is handled with care and always includes:

  • Premium detergent (Persil Original or Persil Free & Sensitive)

  • Spot treatment for stains

  • Sorting & folding

  • Neatly packaged, ready to put away

  • Pickup and delivery

Turnaround Time

  • Laundry is typically returned within 24 hours of pick-up. However, we ask that you allow up to 24–48 hours during high volume days or if specialty items are included. We'll always keep you updated if any delay is expected!

How We Weigh

We use a calibrated digital hanging scale to weigh your laundry right after pickup. Your total is based on the weight of the laundry bag before washing, and we’ll always text you the amount before we begin.

If you ever want to know your weight before booking, get an estimated weight at home using any household or luggage scale!
