By booking a service with Night Owl Laundry Co., you acknowledge and agree to the following:
SMS Communication
By scheduling a service, you consent to receive SMS messages regarding your order, including pickup reminders, delivery updates, and scheduling confirmations. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of text communication, but this may affect service updates.
Laundry Handling & Care
We take great care in handling your garments. However, by using our service, you acknowledge that:
Night Owl Laundry Co. is not responsible for damage to items caused by normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, loose embellishments, or items left in pockets.
We are not liable for color bleeding, shrinkage, or fabric distortion resulting from manufacturer defects or improper labeling.
We do our best to treat spots, but stain removal is not guaranteed.
If an error or damage occurs due to our process, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’re committed to doing what’s right and will review on a case-by-case basis.
Inventory & Lost Items
We rely on accurate sorting and handling practices, but we are not responsible for missing items unless proven to be due to our error. We recommend removing irreplaceable or delicate items before sending laundry.
Hanging Service Policy:
Clients who opt for the hanging service must provide their own hangers at the time of pickup. Night Owl Laundry Co. does not stock hangers. Any hangers included in the order will be used as-is. We are not responsible for lost or damaged hangers.
Payment & Cancellations
Payment is due at time of service. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a $15 cancellation fee.
Non-Payment Policy:
Laundry orders must be paid in full before delivery. If payment is not received within 72 hours of completion, Night Owl Laundry reserves the right to pause delivery or dispose of unclaimed laundry after a 14-day period.
